Thomas, P.H., 1957. COMMENTS ON EXPERIMENTS ON THE SELF-HEATING OF FIBRE INSULATING BOARD. Fire Research Notes 306
ABSTRACT
Mitchell(l) reports two kinds of experiment; the first, the measurerment of the self-heating in terms of the temperature rise, when various volumes of fibre insulating board are held in different ambient temperatures and the second, the minimum ambient temperature at which this self-heating proceeds to ignition. The times after which this ignition occurs are also given. Three types of board were used.
