ABSTRACT
This report summarises experimental results on the rate of weight loss of wood exposed to various levels of radiation, and the relation between the rate of burning of piles of wood and radiation in fully developed fires in compartments. Estimates have been obtained of the amount of heat (calories) associated with the mass (gm) of decomposition.
